If I placed an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

Doha - Orders before 11:00 AM - Delivered the same day in Doha. Doha - Orders after 11:00 will be delivered on the next working day.

How much will it cost for me to use DOHABBQ delivery service

Delivery is free for orders above QAR 150. For any orders below that, a delivery charge of QAR 50 is applied. If an item purchased is not available, we shall notify you of the date of availability. Failing this, we will refund the total amount.

Do you have special offers?

Yes. We post every week a new Offer.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can. Go to your Shopping cart and set delivery details.

I just placed an order, but I’m not sure if you got it. What do I do?

For logged in users, go to "My Order" tab and see if your order is listed. If you order is listed check the order status for Delivered.

Can I re-order a previous order?

Yes, you can. For logged-in users, go to "My Order" tab and see if your order is listed. If your order is listed then check the order, then click it to re-order again. Then your order will be placed in your Shopping Cart.

Can I have multiple addresses in my account?

Yes. For logged-in users, you can add as many addresses as you need to a single account.
Go to My Addresses and click on the "Add New Address" button.

Do you have Debit Card / Credit Cards Services?

At the moment you can request to bring a payment terminal machine to your home.
