Cooking instructions

For a savory Black Angus striploin steak, start by letting the steak come to room temperature. Preheat your grill or a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Season the striploin generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill or sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, flipping only once, until it reaches your desired level of doneness (about 130°F (55°C) for medium-rare). Use tongs to handle the steak to preserve its juices. Once cooked, remove the striploin from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain. Serve immediately to savor the tender texture and robust flavor of Black Angus striploin steak.
