Cooking instructions

Begin by by allowing the steak to reach room temperature. Preheat your grill or a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Season the tenderloin generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill or sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side, flipping only once, until it reaches your desired level of doneness (about 125°F (52°C) for medium-rare).
